WOW, what an amazing week.So much to celebrate this Thankful Thursday!!!🎊 I want to say thank you to Loreen Nel  & Lynette Niemand for this special excerpt about MAP Movement and Movement Through Grace in the Midstream Retire Magazine.I am so grateful to my Lord Jesus Christ for bringing this movement therapy, M.A.P into my life. It is a priviledge and a joy to be able to share it with so many people and help them move from fear to freedom of movement and live a life in abundance not just a functional life.
